RUN SATURDAYS!

Open, fun and rewarding run for everyone and great preparation for marathons and triathlons. Distances range from 5 to 20 km, with option for walkers. Beginners are more than welcome!

Group exercise training concentrated on improving overall fitness and endurance and a fantactic way to excell in running, swiming, biking and any other sport!

Coach led group training at a 50 m pool from beinner to advanced level for anyone who want to learn or master the technique and prepare for upcoming races.
