Learn to (Fun)Run!

Saturday run

WITC in partnership with PKP Powisle Bar is hosting a special “Learn To Run” series for beginner and novice runners. If you’re looking for a slower-paced, supportive run training initiative (plus an opportunity to meet some nice international people), join us each Tuesday at 7pm through mid October!

If you can jog (at any pace) for 10 minutes without a break, you qualify to join the series from the start! And if you can already run a 6:30 minute kilometer for 5km (that’s 5km in 32:30) with little effort, you belong in WITC’s standard Tuesday run training (and the two trainings start simultaneously!). In all our runs we emphasize a social element by finishing our trainings at cafés, restaurants or local shops, providing individuals in the group with a chance to get to know one another.
